Music Meditation in a Crop Circle

Crop Circles, now called Crop Formations, as the appear in many different
shapes, have always been part of our planet’s history.

They are found all over the world.

They are symbols that must be viewed multi-dimensionally rather than as two dimensional pictograms.

When a pattern is formed it is often accompanied by tonal sounds.

White balls of light have been seen moving across the fields during the time of many formations.

Since 1971 patterns have been noted and chronologed mainly within a fifty miles radius of Stonehenge in England.

Each year the patterns have become increasing complex bring conscious and subconscious messages to those who look at them.

Their basic themes of the formations include, Creation, Fractilization, ‘Three into One’, and Mythology.

All patterns fall within the Sacred Geometry as with all things within our creational cycle.

The nick-name given to those who ‘create’ the patterns is the ‘Circle Makers’. No one has proff as to how the formations are produced.

You might want to tape record the written portion on
this page to listen to as you begin your meditation.
Please speak slowly and softly . . .

Find a quiet place free of distractions . . .

Adjust the lighting and room temperature . . .

Adjust clothing . . . footwear. . . eyeglasses. . .

Find a position that is comfortable for you . . .

Quiet your mind . . .

Still your thoughts . . .

Relax your body . . .
Your face . . . your jaw . . . relaxing . . .
Your shoulders . . . your neck . . . relaxed
Your arms . . . your hands . . . feel at peace . . .
Your torso . . . your hips . . . letting go . . .
Your legs . . . your feet . . . totally relaxed . . .

Focus on your breathing . . .
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose . . .
Retain the breath as long as is comfortable . . .
Exhale through the mouth slowly and completely . . .
Repeat for two more breaths . . . or as is comfortable.

You are now ready to begin.

See yourself walking alone in a field of wheat.
You feel calm and at peace . . . .

Your mind starts to drift . . . .
the chatter of your daily life gone from your thoughts.

Suddenly you hear a tone . . .

Then you hear another . . .

You look around . . .

Before you is a ball of glowing white light.

You slowly enter the ball of light
its energies embracing you.

You are now part of that energy . . .

You slowly float above the field . . .

You look below.

The pattern of a Crop Formation comes into your mind . . .

Within your ball of white light you move across the field . . .

You place a pattern of your creation onto the field
and watch as it slowly manifests before you.

You study the pattern . . .
as it becomes multidimensional . . .
moving away from the ground . . .

It slowly surrounds you.

You place yourself within the pattern
connecting with its energies . . . its meaning.

The pattern begins to awaken something within your being . . . .
something you need to know at this time . . .
perhaps in your unconscious mind.

You relax and enjoy the pattern – its energies, tones, design.

It opens your chakras . . .
balancing . . . healing . . . clearing.

When you feel complete you slowly leave the pattern remember
all that you have experienced.

You travel back to the third dimension in your ball of white light . . .
the images, tones, and pattern still in your thoughts.

When you return you draw the pattern on a piece of paper.

Perhaps one day you will see this pattern on a field
or in your dreams.

You are certain of one thing . . .
within your soul something has been awakened . . .
