It is essential to do Spiritual practices. Without any kind of Spiritual discipline in place, your life will be missing direction, focus and consistency. Without some kind of routine in place, you will slowly but surely end up aimlessly flowing through life instead of assertively growing through life!

Another very simple technique to activate, open and energize your chakras is to cup your hand in front of you just below the first chakra. Slide your hand upwards through all your chakras and then over the top of your head feeling the subtle magnetism as you do this. Do this from three to seven times and it will energize you if you are feeling sluggish.

The only thing that is certain in this world and that can give us the certainty we so deeply desire is our true Self. Our true Self is eternally the same. That’s why it is called the Eternal Self. It is mighty and omnipresent. That’s why it is also called the Mighty I AM Presence. And it is one with all and everything. That’s why it is also known as the Monad, the word Monad coming from the Greek, meaning “one.”
